I'm new at this Penny Shopping, HOWEVER I've heard AND read THAT once it pennie's out That you can get it for a penny if you see it another day, Right?! Okayyy Soo my QUESTION here is, if I CAN find one of these packs will it STILL be a penny?? Thanks for any and ALL help!! I'l OPEN to ADVICE thanks penny shoppers!! 😍
