I am so new at this, regardless I worked for dollar general years and years ago and I had a great manager and could buy the stuff at a penny. But what is NCI????? I really forgot all about the penny deals but because we always made sure to clear the shelves, mostly lol but we have DG on every corner in al. even in the most country of country where there is nothing I mean nothing but there's a DG lol....
